1. First download Twitter module from drupal website.
2. Upload twiiter module to your hosting in modules folder.
3. Go to administration panel and click modules link. On next screen check twiiter module checkbox and click save.
4. Now to go to admin panel and click Twitter Setup link and this step will leads you to twitter module administration area.
5. On next screen provide following things.
In twitter username field provide your twitter username and also write password in password field. This must be your twitter website password.
Check import option checkbox "This will import updates from your twitter account".
You can also select option delete old updates or you can set time to delete twitter updates from your website at specific period of time after one week or after one month, its depend on your choice.
You can also select content types based option that your users can post updates to twitter accounts with their post son website.
Set source to Drupal when updating Twitter status and click save configuration button.
If you want to display twitter updates in your drupal blog or website sidebar. Go to admin click blocks and enable twitter block.
